Villages of Wellington Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

Your VOW Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a diligent committee of volunteers for the neighborhood.
The committee’s Mission Statement:

“To serve the residents of The Villages of Wellington community by applying its building Covenants in a consistent, timely, fair, and friendly manner.”

VOW ARC Members: Stan Belue, Jonie Burks, Mike Tucker, Anthony White and Mike Bernardo

Any building, additions, or alterations of any type to the exterior of the structure or grounds must be submitted to the Villages of Wellington (VOW) Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval. Requests should be submitted to Peak Properties,LLC, 11711 Hermitage Rd. Ste. 1, Little Rock, AR, 72211 or emailed to
megbinz@peakpropllc.com.
 
Requests must include: VOW ARC Application, a copy of your property plat or survey (with improvements) that includes a drawing of the exterior work requested for approval, description or photo of type of material(s) to be
used and a copy of all applicable City of Little Rock permits.
